Instavar x Tilliv

Review collection proposal

Klaviyo email sequence for customer reviews

Customers may ignore a review request when it feels like a favour to the business, especially if they have not travelled with Compak yet. This sequence starts with their experience instead: did the order arrive safely, do they need help, and has Compak been used on a trip? Only then does Tilliv ask for a Trustpilot review. This shows that Tilliv values the experience behind the rating, while the review can also help other travellers.

How the new emails will fit with the current emails

Tilliv's current campaigns can continue. The new sequence will replace the current review request sent four or five weeks after purchase for new customers, not run beside it.

  1. 01. Review the emails already being sent

Instavar lists the emails a customer may receive during the first 90 days after an order, including Tilliv's current review request. This shows where the new emails can fit without sending two messages too close together.

  2. 02. Send each customer one review request

Customers who ordered before an agreed date stay in the current review sequence. Customers who order after that date enter the new sequence. Instavar updates the current review email so the second group cannot receive both requests.

  3. 03. Leave time between messages

Before each review email, Klaviyo checks whether the customer received another Tilliv email in the previous two days. If so, the review email waits. Instavar checks the first customers one by one before Tilliv approves the automatic sequence.

What Instavar will deliver

Instavar writes and builds the emails and checks the first customers before launch.

Every two weeks, Instavar checks how many customers received each email, answered, clicked and posted a review. The wording or timing of up to two emails can be changed during the three months.

Tilliv receives the completed sequence and a short summary of what happened. Tilliv replies when a customer asks for help and gives final approval before launch.

S$700 is due when the tested sequence is live. S$300 is due after the three-month review and handover. Five published reviews is the target, not a payment condition.

This plan assumes that both review sequences remain in Tilliv's Klaviyo account and Instavar can view and update them before launch.

The S$1,000 does not cover YouTube outreach, new social accounts, customer support, product changes, new Klaviyo or Trustpilot fees, or work to match individual Klaviyo clicks with published Trustpilot reviews.

When customers will be asked for a review

The sequence first checks that the order arrived safely. It then waits for the customer to use Compak before asking for a product review.

  1. 01. Start with delivery

Three days after delivery, ask whether everything arrived as expected. A customer who needs help is directed to Tilliv instead of being asked for a review.

  2. 02. Ask whether Compak has travelled

Two weeks after delivery, ask one simple question: has Compak been used on a trip?

  3. 03. Ask for the review after use

A customer who has travelled receives the Trustpilot request the next day. A customer who has not travelled chooses when the next trip is likely to happen and is asked again near that time.

  4. 04. Stop after a final request

If there is no answer, ask the travel question once more around day 45. Around day 90, send one final request based on the customer's experience so far, then stop.

The emails customers will receive

These examples show the wording, answer buttons and follow-up each customer will see. The wording can be adjusted during setup before Tilliv approves the sequence.
