With your optional analytics consent, we use a random browser reference to understand the pages and Studio controls you view and use. After you sign in, we may connect these observations with limited service records, such as account creation, messages being saved, video jobs being started, video files being created, and edits being saved. This helps us understand which parts of Studio are useful and where people encounter problems.

Chat events may also include a temporary random code for the chat view you have open. This helps distinguish a follow-up in that view from activity in another open chat. The code is not your conversation ID or message text. It is kept only in the page's memory before sending and changes when the view is reopened or the analytics choice or account connection changes. A later reply does not by itself tell us whether your earlier request was resolved.

With that consent, edit events sent to Google Analytics may include codes for a save attempt and its saved version. These let us check whether a reported edit reached the service without sending the edit text or your account ID. Job failure views and recovery clicks may include a coded job reference so our private reports can check whether that same job later has a stored video. This reference is not the internal job ID, title, or content, and a later stored video does not by itself show who created it or its quality.

This connection does not send your message text, uploaded files, account ID, or the content of your videos to Google Analytics. The private connection and limited service records are available only to authorized operators. We keep the private connection and limited service-record export for up to 180 days.

You can turn optional analytics off in Cookie Settings. This stops optional browser collection and removes the account connection from our active journey reports through the next verified data refresh. Our target is within one hour; a refresh more than two hours old is treated as stale and must not be presented as current joined evidence. Restricted recovery copies can remain temporarily under the storage provider's recovery rules. Withdrawing analytics consent does not delete the Studio content or service records needed to operate your account. Account deletion is handled separately through the account deletion process.

We require a fresh optional analytics choice for this account connection. Accepting the required Studio policies does not grant optional analytics consent.

This Cookie Policy explains how Antiphishing Pte. Ltd. (trading as Instavar) ("Instavar", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on instavar.com and the Studio platform.

These cookies are essential for the site to function and cannot be disabled through our cookie controls. Our current consent banner treats necessary storage as always on and offers a separate analytics choice.

2.2 Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our marketing website. They are only set after you opt in.

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled and Google Signals disabled. Analytics scripts load only after consent. If you later withdraw analytics consent, future GA4 pageviews and events stop from that point forward.

2.3 Service Operations

We also use service telemetry that supports performance diagnosis and reliability. These tools are part of how we operate the Service and are not presented as a separate optional category in the banner.

3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can manage your analytics cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Under PECR, we provide clear information about the technologies we use and ask for consent before setting optional analytics cookies. Strictly necessary cookies and storage stay active because they are needed to provide the site, authentication, consent preferences, security, or a service you requested. If you decline or withdraw analytics consent, Google Analytics remains denied and optional analytics storage is not set from that point forward.

Most browsers let you inspect, block, and remove cookies from their privacy or settings menu. Refer to your browser's help documentation for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, or any browser you use.

4. Google Consent Mode

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. When you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics remains in a denied state and analytics cookies are not set. When you later consent, we update consent mode to grant analytics storage and enable GA4 pageview and event collection.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
