The problem we lived

Before Instavar, we built consumer startups. Every one of them needed content marketing. And every time, the same grind:

Think of an idea. Film yourself. Sync the audio. Edit in CapCut. Export. Upload to Instagram. Reformat for TikTok. Post to LinkedIn. Check analytics. Do it again tomorrow. Day in, day out.

The bottleneck was never the ideas. It was the production. Every founder, every brand, every consultant has something worth saying—but turning that into video content across eight platforms is a full-time job.

What changed

Agentic AI frameworks arrived and changed what was possible. Not chatbots that suggest edits. Agents that take a brief and execute the entire pipeline: scriptwriting, voice, visual composition, rendering, formatting for every platform, and publishing.

We asked a simple question: what if you had an idea, described it in a few seconds, and a video appeared on your social media channels?

That question became Instavar.

How it works

You type a prompt in Studio. Our AI agent writes the script, generates the voiceover, composes the visuals, renders the video, formats it for each platform, and publishes it. The whole pipeline runs without you touching a timeline, an export dialog, or a scheduling tool.

Every product decision we make is tested against one question: does this feel like just saying the word?
