AI/ML Engineer

What You'll Do

Build and test models
Develop models for video generation, processing, and analysis, then test them against real product needs.

Improve production behaviour
Make existing models faster, more accurate, and reliable under practical constraints.

Build the evidence pipeline
Create the data and evaluation systems needed to train, compare, monitor, and run models.
What We're Looking For
Required
- • 3+ years of experience in machine learning and AI
- • Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- • Experience with computer vision and video processing
- • Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Understanding of MLOps and model deployment
Useful, but not required
- • PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- • Experience with generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, Diffusion)
- • Knowledge of video codecs and streaming technologies
- • Experience with distributed training and model scaling
- • Published research in AI/ML conferences or journals
- • Experience with edge deployment and model optimization
