DMCA & Copyright Policy

Instavar Pte. Ltd. ("Instavar") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Instavar Studio platform to do the same. We review notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, where applicable.
1. Copyright Contact

2. Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a takedown notice, please send a written communication that includes the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material alleged to be infringing, including sufficient information for us to locate it
- Your contact information, including name and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder
3. How We Respond
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:
- Review the notice and disable access to the reported content
- Notify the user who uploaded or created the content
- Provide information about filing a counter-notice where appropriate
4. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the relevant court jurisdiction where required by law
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the complaining party and restore the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complaining party informs us that it has filed an action seeking a court order.
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of restricting or terminating accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Multiple substantiated copyright complaints, or a clear pattern of wilful infringement, may be treated as a basis for suspension or termination.
6. Good Faith Representations
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure that you have a good faith basis before filing a notice.
7. Non-US Copyright Complaints
If you are located outside the United States and believe content on our platform infringes your copyright under applicable local law, please contact us at legal@instavar.com with details of the alleged infringement. We will review all complaints in good faith and take appropriate action.
