Care Luxury Hotels needed English and Mandarin marketing videos for a resort team-building audience. Instavar made two public video samples without sending a crew to Tioman Island, then used review notes to adjust speech, scene choice, and timing. Both videos are embedded below as the visible proof.
Client need
The client described the operational problem clearly: shooting videos in Tioman creates longer lead time and logistics because the location is far from mainland JB. The marketing team wanted a way to show the idea quickly without another trip to the island.
The public proof is simple: two YouTube videos, one in English and one in Mandarin, made without an on-site Tioman shoot.
The videos needed to speak to companies considering an island resort for team-building. The setting was Tunamaya Beach and Spa Resort on Tioman Island. The task was concrete: make English and Mandarin samples fast enough for review without waiting for a new trip to the island.
The work
The client needed resort video samples for a team-building audience without adding another trip, camera crew, and coordination work.
The core constraint was practical: Tioman was about five hours away from mainland JB, making a normal shoot slow to coordinate.
English and Mandarin versions were produced so the resort offer could speak to different customer segments without a second shoot.
The revision loop included speech adjustments, visual selection feedback, and timing choices to keep audio and imagery aligned.
A jetty scene was challenged because it did not match the clean resort image the client wanted.
The project showed what future video work must check: image choice, language versions, review comments, and timing control.

The clearest signal is that a real hospitality business used AI video to review resort marketing without going through a full location shoot. The revision comments also show what future video work must check: image choice, speech, timing, brand fit, and language versions.
The videos were made with AI instead of sending a crew to Tioman Island.
The same resort and team-building proposition was adapted for two audience groups.
Both videos are public on YouTube: a 49-second English version and a 57-second Mandarin version.
This case study shows the production and review process, not reach, bookings, or lead generation.
Care can now review the offer, language, scenes, and pacing on screen before deciding whether a full island shoot is worth booking.
AI video production
Instavar can help turn a brief, offer, and brand constraint into videos that can be reviewed before anyone books travel, gear, or production time.
