HRPlus and JobPlus

Sorting real SEO problems from noisy warnings across two HR service brands.

HRPlus and JobPlus needed practical SEO advice around indexing, sitemap submission, domain changes, backlink risk, and why a narrow ranking does not automatically translate into a broader competitive keyword. Instavar checked the public sites, separated the issues, and kept ranking or traffic claims out until Search Console evidence supports them. Public checks found crawlable sites, visible sitemaps, and URL clues to inspect first.

Client need

The SEO questions sounded connected, but each one needed a different check.

Indexing status, sitemap submission, IndexNow, backlink packages, old domain equity, and keyword difficulty can easily get mixed together. Instavar separated what could be checked on the live URLs, what needed better content, and what sounded too risky to trust.

The public checks found crawlable sites, visible sitemaps, and useful URL clues, but no traffic or ranking result is claimed without Search Console evidence.

What the public sites show

HRPlus

A Singapore HR outsourcing brand covering HR support, payroll, work-pass support, and talent services.

JobPlus

A Singapore employment agency and workforce-solutions brand with recruitment, EOR, payroll, HR consultancy, and work-pass content.

The work

Instavar checked the live sites, sitemaps, queries, and backlink risks before naming the next steps.

Checked indexing one URL at a time

Checked sitemap URLs and page-level indexing state in Google Search Console instead of assuming the whole site was blocked.

Read the sitemaps and plugin behavior separately

Separated Yoast sitemap visibility from IndexNow behavior, including the fact that Google does not use IndexNow.

Pointed out low-value WordPress pages

Flagged low-value WordPress clutter such as sample, home, and demo pages that could distract from commercial pages.

Separated a narrow query from a broader search

Separated narrow queries such as Employment Pass status from broader, more competitive queries such as Singapore Employment Pass.

Questioned cheap backlink packages

Challenged low-cost backlink packages where the promised volume, relevance, and timeframe did not look credible.

Left out ranking and traffic claims

Kept public claims tied to visible checks until Search Console data can support ranking or traffic improvements.

What this proves

The clearest value is knowing which SEO warning deserves attention.

The work helped the client see which warnings needed action and which ones needed better evidence first. It separated live site checks, content gaps, and risky backlink offers before anyone treated them as the same problem.

17 page URLs, 6 post URLs

Yoast-generated sitemap surfaces service pages, posts, categories, tags, and author URLs.

14 page URLs, 11 post URLs

Yoast-generated sitemap includes recruitment, EOR, payroll, staffing, and Employment Pass URLs.

Both sites crawlable

Public checks returned 200 responses, robots files with no disallow rules, and Yoast schema on both homepages.

No traffic result yet

This case study records advice and checks, not traffic, ranking, or lead-generation outcomes.

The page shows what could be checked from the live websites and the advice given at the time. Ranking, traffic, and lead outcomes are not included here.

HRPlus and JobPlus can now check exact URLs, sitemap entries, query scope, and backlink offers separately instead of reacting to every SEO warning as the same problem.
