Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Instavar Studio platform. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, store, or distribute content that:

• Includes child sexual abuse material or sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors, including AI-generated depictions
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfake sexual content
• Impersonates or deepfakes real people with intent to deceive, defraud, or cause harm
• Promotes hate, violence, or terrorism against individuals or protected groups
• Facilitates fraud, malware, phishing, or credential theft
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
• Violates laws governing regulated goods or services

2. Prohibited Behaviour

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, safety systems, or security controls
• Use the Service for spam, scraping, or deceptive mass outreach
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute access without our written permission
• Use automated tools except through approved interfaces we provide

3. AI-Generated Content Responsibilities

Instavar Studio uses AI to generate video content. When using AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication
• You are responsible for any disclosure obligations that apply to AI-generated or synthetic media
• You will not use AI features to create content that violates Section 1 above
• You will not use AI features to falsely attribute statements or actions to real individuals

4. Publishing to Social Platforms

When publishing content to connected social media accounts, you are additionally bound by each platform's terms of service and content policies. We may refuse to publish content that we reasonably believe violates those rules or creates legal risk.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, suspend publishing privileges, revoke connected accounts, or terminate access to the Service. Where required or appropriate, we may preserve evidence, notify affected rights holders, or report activity to law enforcement or other authorities. If you believe we acted in error, you may appeal by emailing abuse@instavar.com within 14 days of the action.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@instavar.com. For copyright infringement, please follow our DMCA Policy.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
